1. Preparation: Ensure the wood or bamboo substrate is completely firm, dry, clean, and free of any oil or grease.
2. Application Method:
   • Chopsticks: Dip-coating or roll-coating
   • Cutting Boards/pizza peel: Dip-coating or spray-coating
   • Bowls/Spoons: Apply thoroughly for penetrating anti-mildew and waterproof treatment
3. Environment: Apply in a dust-free, well-ventilated area. Operators should wear protective respiratory masks.
4. Curing: Allow to self-dry for 12 hours at room temperature (25°C), or bake at 85°C for 30 minutes after initial curing period. Note: Do not immerse the item in water or recoat within 4 hours of the initial application.
5. Cleanup: Simply wash all application equipment and tools with tap water immediately after use.

  The coating is designed for high-temperature resistance and can resist dishwasher cleaning conditions when properly applied and cured.
• Does the product contain strong solvents?
  No. It uses water as the main thinner and does not require benzene, ethanol, or other incompatible solvents.
• How long does the coating need to dry?
  At room temperature (25°C), allow approximately 12 hours. Faster curing can be achieved by baking at 85°C for about 30 minutes after initial curing period.
• Can it prevent mold growth on bamboo products?
  Yes. The coating provides moisture protection and mildew resistance, helping reduce conditions that promote mold growth.
• What storage conditions are recommended?
  Store in a cool, dry, ventilated location between 5°C and 25°C. Protect the product from freezing, moisture, and direct sunlight.
